Jeremiah and Juliana Lepasana
Jeremiah is the Founding Pastor of City Chapel. After graduating with a degree in Bible/Theology, he began his career in vocational ministry in Ft. Lauderdale and North Jesey before working for businesses in Michigan and Houston. Before City Chapel, he served on the pastoral staff at Hope Jersey City and completed both the Fellows Program with Redeemer City to City and a Residency with Hope Church NYC - ministries at the forefront of the New York church planting movement.
Juliana began her career as a Detroit Public School teacher with Teach for America, teaching high school social studies in the city’s west side. While living in Houston, she developed an ESL program for neighbors and hosted an informal weekly baking class for middle-schoolers who knocked on her door one day. She now works with TNTP, an organization committed to ending educational inequality.
They have two children and live in Downtown Brooklyn.
